The Year of Living Non-Lazily?
So, we bit the bullet and joined a gym. Actually, the JCC -- so really a "community center."We're aiming to go every single day, so that when we miss days it won't be a big deal. So far, so good: four of the first five days.
All I have to say so far is that exercise machines that have built-in, personal cable TV screens are the Greatest Invention Ever. OK, maybe not as cool as these built-in screens that I went ga-ga over a few years back, but I get to use the JCC ones far more often.
