Deep Thoughts
Can you imagine if Rep. John Dingell and Rep. Marion Berry came up with a really great idea and decided to co-sponsor legislation?
The Dingell-Berry Bill would just not work. And they wouldn't be fooling anyone if they flipped the names around the other way.
