Now playing at the Hinckley Theater: Taxi Driver!

Is it just me, or is it weird that there's a Broadway theater named after the brother of John Wilkes Booth?

Sure, Edwin Booth may have been a fine actor. But could there be a Bob Hinckley theater today, even if there was such a person and he was a great actor?

Even weirder: One of the first notable productions at the Booth was a 1915 production of Our American Cousin, the same play at which Lincoln was shot.
