What sucks: When your wireless router loses the signal from the cable modem and cuts out about six times a day, and you have to go down to the freezing cold basement and turn it off and on every time.

What sucks more:
Trying to get useful technical advice about this from the company.

What's good: Giving up on this whole process, and ordering a better quality router. Which I am going to do. Hopefully this will solve the problem.
