Can anyone make sense of this? 

I took some Cortisone-10 out of the medicine cabinet to try to deal with some very itchy dry skin on my arm.

I was reading the container, which has all the usual warnings, like don't use for more than a certain number of days, see a physician if the condition gets worse, don't eat it, etc.

Then it says:

  • Do not put directly in rectum by using fingers or any mechanical device
"Mechanical device?" Is this a common situation? Are people coming into the emergency room having used a glue gun to fire Cortisone-10 into their asses?
