Certain numerical associations die hard
Even though it's been years since he left, and even though Santonio Holmes has worn his number of late, I saw this ad and my first thought was that it was a satirical illustration of Kordell Stewart fleeing as rabid Steeler fans chase him off of his own front lawn.
