Catch a Rising Comet 

Awesome Comet, who formerly presided over a couple of other fledgling blogs, seems to have found his stride here -- at "The Pittsburgh Comet." It seems to be focused exclusively on Pittsburgh-area politics thus far, but I'm sure he can elaborate on its mission statement in the Comments section.
