Thumbs up to the CA Supreme Court
As a former Friends devotee and an enemy of the conservative war on nakedness, sex, and profanity, I applaud this California Supreme Court ruling today.
A woman who worked on the show's set was unhappy with the dirty talk in the writers meetings, and believed it was sexual harassment.
Never mind that she 1) worked on the set of a sitcom; 2) was warned that the writers' meetings would include tossing around ideas for dirty jokes, and 3) that there was apparently no evidence whatsoever that any of it was directed toward her. Sheesh.
