Just when you thought they couldn't sink any lower...
....Christian conservative groups say a cartoon sponge is gay, and therefore part of an evil conspiracy to make kids gay.
SpongeBob appears with Muppets and various other kids' characters in a video that's aimed at teaching kids about unity and cooperation -- two things these folks tend to have a problem with anyway.
The group Focus on the Family says: "We see the video as an insidious means by which the organization is manipulating and potentially brainwashing kids."
God help them. Actually, God's probably laughing at them.
