"Nothing like this will ever happen again. Ever."
Yeah, that pretty much sums up the epic Wimbledon match that's been going on for a couple of days now.The fifth set is tied at 59-59. I thought it was a typo. It just seems impossible. The final set alone has been longer than the old record for longest match.
It is absolutely one of the most -- if not the most -- statistically improbable, ridiculous things I've ever seen in sports.
Ever.
