Prediction
I said I'd make a Pirate prognostication, and I will: This is the year. 81 wins. They'll fall just short of a winning season, but they'll break the streak of losing ones. TracyBall gets it done.
As we speak, Chris Duffy legged out an infield single in the first at bat of the year. Just like Willie Mays Hays in Major League. Ha! And just like Willie, he almost just got picked off. But he wasn't fooled into thinking his shoe was untied.
