Tour de Hope
I covered Lance Armstrong's arrival in Pittsburgh yesterday. We were one of the selected stops on his Tour of Hope (I'm sure you've seen the commercials, or at least the yellow bracelets). He did a brief news conference in the PNC Park media room after pedaling into the city and talking to a crowd of cancer survivors and health care folks.
It was interesting to hear what he had to say in person, but I was actually hoping that Sheryl Crow was along for this trip! No such luck.
